Specific Endurance Strength

We went back and did one of our old staple workouts this morning in Weston. 2 hours of d-pole with 20 minutes of single pole and 10 minutes of kick d-pole thrown in.
Special guest, Parker Tyler hopped in with her old SMS team-mates, Sophie and Megan.
Paddy, Gino and Austin.
The goal on the single stick was to keep the hips high and forward.
We threw in some speeds on the gradual downhill.
We finished at 10, just as it was starting to warm up. Good job by everyone!
