This afternoon we skied up to Lot 1 and worked on balance, agility, sprint starts and finishes.
We started with a simple balance on 1 leg drill.
Then we moved to slalom courses.
Two courses were slaloms using both feet, 2 courses were for 1 foot only.
After the balance drills we practiced our starts.
We also practiced finishes.
This isn't going to be pretty...

We ended the workout with keep away/ hand ball.
We play this within a circle..goal is to get 10 complete passes before you make a mistake. No one can hold the ball for more than 3 seconds.
Tonight, we hear about college skiing and then hope to get a good nights sleep in preparation for a busy day tomorrow.
