The workouts are designed to take advantage of our top skiers. The group includes 3 USST skiers and 3 NCAA All Americans as well as Jr National Champs and BKL standouts.
We typically have 1 group skate workout, 1 classic/d-pole and 1 foot workout/week. The main goals are to build aerobic fitness and specific strength while we work on technique.
