Summer Starts

We had our last finals this morning and then went up to "Lot 1" for some skating balance drills and sprint start practice. This is typically more of a fall workout, but we wanted a warm up for strength and it is always good to work on balance and technique.

Once we were warmed up we did 10 sprint starts; 5 without poles and 5 with poles.
