We are leaving for Quebec tomorrow to get on more snow.
It is tough when you read about other skiers racing and training on snow at this time of year, but you can still get quality training without the white stuff. Today we warmed up, worked on technique and then did some ski bounding intervals. We are working on rolling forward through the ankles to keep our center of mass forward. The goal is to get a long stride without reaching too far forward with the foot. The group did well and then finished up the morning with some strength.
